本イベントは、書道の経験やスピリチュアルな知識がなくても大丈夫。
最適なマントラを選び、墨をする間瞑想をし、選んだマントラを書くという流れの中で
今後の生き方に影響を与える学びを得ることができるはず。
「最近ちょっと疲れ気味かも」という初心者のためのセルフケア・プログラムです。

⭐️描いていただくマントラは内容説明の後ご自分で選んでいただけます。ご希望でしたら最適なものをお選びします。

- 墨を磨る「動の瞑想」 硯（すずり）の上でゆっくりと墨を動かす音、そして立ち上がる清涼な香り。
この一定のリズムを刻む時間が、脳をリラックス状態（α波）へと導き、高ぶった神経を鎮めてくれます。 - 聖なる音「マントラ」を描く 心を浄化し、良いエネルギーを呼び込むとされる「マントラ（真言）」
その意味をなぞりながら筆を走らせることで、あなたの願いや意図を深く潜在意識に浸透させます。 - 「いま、ここ」に集中する解放感 筆先に全神経を集中させる瞬間、日常の悩みや雑念は消え去ります。
書き終えたあとに訪れるのは、お風呂上がりのような、清々しく整った「本来の自分」です。
